Founded 10 years ago, The Latina Center has empowered countless women in the Bay Area towards becoming effective and powerful community leaders. Through various programs, women are nurtured, healed and encouraged to bring their individual dreams to fruition. From violence prevention and intervention to health education, skill enhancement and programs geared towards young Latinas and senior citizens, every aspect of living a successful and productive life is addressed at The Latina Center. Lifelong friendships are formed as women discover unique strengths and implement newly honed skills towards creating vibrant communities.
