Domestic Violence

Is a community driven project initiate by LCWHL Peer Leaders, many who are also domestic violence survivors. The goal of Ya Basta! Is to provide training about family violence and peer support to Latinas/os in the East Bay Area as a strategy to:

• develop local support in the Latino community for ending family violence.
• provide advocacy, public education, training for community lay health workers, and culturally relevant programs
• Conduct peer support groups facilitated by trained Latina Peer Leaders.
